As a citizen of Bad Homburg, entrepreneur and private patron of „Blickachsen 7“,  I am proud of this exhibition. In the last twelve years, „Blickachsen“ has grown to become an internationally-known point of reference as an exhibition of modern sculpture. Here, both renowned artists and newcomers are offered a platform for the realization and presentation of their ideas in the atmospheric surroundings of the Bad Homburg Kurpark and castle gardens. This is unique.

Every two years, the „Blickachsen“ exhibition series attracts tens of thousands of visitors from both Germany and abroad to our home town. With it, Bad Homburg has established itself as a cultural centre, not only in Germany, but also beyond our borders. The entire Rhein-Main region profits from this. Because one thing is obvious: the economic and cultural strength of a region go hand in hand. In this sense, „Blickachsen“ is an important location factor in the regional and international competition for brain gain. For this reason, I support the exhibition not only from the bottom of my heart as a citizen of Bad Homburg, but also out of conviction as an entrepreneur.
